Deborah leads the organization’s efforts to champion the production, preservation, and expansion of affordable housing options across Greenville through affordable housing development, broad community engagement, and advocacy for effective public policies.

Libba leads and executes GHF’s real estate strategy and coordinates development partnerships and initiatives across the county.

Amber leads GHF’s policy initiatives for the preservation and creation of affordable housing. She also manages the Greenville Affordable Housing Coalition that supports multi-stakeholder groups addressing the needs of affordable housing in Greenville.

Josh manages the financial and operational performance of GHF’s owned real estate and investments.

Mariah leads programs, resident services, and events, and supports operations to further the reach of affordable housing efforts in the Greenville area.

Constance supports the team in day-to-day administrative services and helps strong relationships with community partners to promote GHF’s continued affordable housing efforts.

Fran supports GHF’s operations and fundraising functions across each of our mission goals.
