Last week, the City of Greenville Planning Commission approved the Final Development Plan for the Alliance, a new apartment complex at the corner of Laurens and Ackley Road. GHF is excited to collaborate with NHE Inc., Jordon Construction Company, Graycliff Capital, SCG Development, and McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture to bring over 100 affordable units to the Nicholtown community. The development will also include retail space and open spaces to facilitate community events. Construction is expected to begin this summer.
