On February 1st, 2022, Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County broke ground on Heritage Hills, a planned community of 29 affordable homes in the Nicholtown neighborhood.  The project is made possible by collaboration with the City of Greenville, Duke Energy, and The Greenville Housing Authority.  Funding for this project comes from the Habitat Capital Campaign, which joins initiatives such as the Greenville Housing Impact Fund in developing a wealth of potential financing options for affordable construction.  To learn more about Heritage Hills and affordable housing financing in Greenville County, check out THIS Greenville Journal article.
