More land near Unity Park has been donated for affordable housing! Earlier this week, Greenville City Council approved the transfer of a parcel on Meadow Street to the Greenville Housing Fund.
The donation will allow the Greenville Housing Fund and Jordon Development Company to enlarge a planned project on Oscar Street and add additional affordable units near the Holloway Trail at the pedestrian gateway to the park. Jord0n Development has previously announced plans for a 52-unit apartment building that includes 39 affordable homes.
