Greenville Housing Fund is excited to support the development of Renaissance Place Senior Apartments, an affordable housing development for seniors. In August, NHE Inc., Creative Builders and SCG Development Partners broke ground on the development. Renaissance Place is located on Pleasantburg Drive and will provide 57 affordable housing units to seniors, an important addition to senior affordable housing options in Greenville.
