The Greenville Housing Fund is in the planning stages for almost 400 affordable housing units in the area surrounding Unity Park, which was recently covered in an article in the Greenville Journal. A recent feasibility study has helped us to more precisely identify the trajectory of affordable housing development in Southernside. From this feasibility study, we hope to have a better understanding of how the creation of Unity Park will affect the future of its neighboring areas and the people who live there. We hope that the park benefits all people, and that we can contribute to its full success in meaningful ways.
