On October 15th, 2020, Greenville Housing Fund and Greenville County Redevelopment Authority presented their Affordable Housing Strategic Plan, developed by Thomas P. Miller and Associates, in a dual workshop with members of City and County Council. The plan details the shortage of affordable housing units in the Greenville area and outlines strategies to help address this issue. In conjunction with the plan, they also launched the Greenville Affordable Housing Coalition, a collection of 46 stakeholders committed to carrying out the plan’s strategies in the coming years.
