Tiffany Santagati joined Greenville Housing Fund in 2021, bringing over fifteen years of experience from the banking and finance industry where she served in a variety of strategic and leadership roles. In her role as Vice President for Operations, Tiffany plays a significant role in raising additional investment resources for GHF, complementary to GHF’s ongoing lending programs, and in structuring innovative new investment and development partnerships. Additionally, her extensive business operations experience is instrumental in helping to guide GHF’s organizational growth.
Tiffany is adept at working in both the public and private sectors, and in building strong, collaborative partnerships. She has also demonstrated a deep commitment to facilitating meaningful community change, promoting economic development, and improving quality-of-life for those facing economic and social challenges through her thoughtful, focused volunteer efforts at multiple non-profit organizations, both in the Upstate and statewide, including service on the Boards of Directors for Children’s Trust of South Carolina, the Greenville Technical College Foundation, the Hispanic Alliance, and the American Red Cross of the Upstate.
She has been recognized as a top young professional by, among others, the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and GSA Business Magazine, and she is a graduate of Leadership Greenville and Furman University’s Diversity Leaders Initiative at the Riley Institute. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from USC-Upstate, and an M.B.A. from Webster University.
