Jason Hill, CPA, serves as the Vice President of Finance & Operations at Greenville Housing Fund, where he leads the organization’s financial management, operational strategy, and administrative functions in support of GHF’s mission to create and preserve affordable housing throughout Greenville County.

Jason brings a strong background in nonprofit finance, accounting, and organizational leadership. Prior to joining Greenville Housing Fund, he served as Financial Controller at OneSpartanburg, Inc., where he oversaw financial operations for the region’s chamber of commerce, economic development organization, tourism division, and affiliated foundation. Throughout his career, he has focused on strengthening internal controls, enhancing financial reporting, developing operational policies, and implementing scalable financial systems that enable mission-driven organizations to grow and maximize their impact.

A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Wofford College, where he was a member of the Wofford football team, and his Master of Accountancy from Gardner-Webb University’s Godbold College of Business.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Jason is actively engaged in community leadership across the Upstate. He serves as Vice Treasurer of the Board of Directors for ReGenesis Health Care, a federally qualified health center serving communities throughout the region. He also serves as Past Treasurer of the Spartanburg Area Conservancy (SPACE) and as an At-Large Board Member for the Spartanburg Art Museum.

A lifelong Upstate resident, Jason lives in Spartanburg County with his wife, Alana, and their three sons, Trey, Bryce, and Kaiden. He is passionate about leveraging financial stewardship, operational excellence, and strategic leadership to strengthen organizations that create lasting opportunities and improve the quality of life for the communities they serve.
