Constance is the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Greenville Housing Fund, supporting the team in day-to-day administrative services and building strong relationships with community partners to support continued growth in our efforts towards affordable housing in the Greenville area.

She came to GHF in September 2024 after working with Paul Mitchell as a successful educator, trainer and director of education for more than 12 years.  She served teams of aspiring and seasoned educators. While under her leadership as the Education Leader in 2022, Paul Mitchell The School Greenville was awarded the Excellence in Education reward out of 100+ schools. Prior to that, Constance had an accounting career that spanned more than 18 years.  Formerly, Constance was an integral part of the growth and success of such businesses as Rick Hendrick Automotive Group, once one of the largest Automotive Groups in the Southeast, and Greenbax Enterprises, a parent company of more than 25 grocery stores along the East coast.  Constance served as a Budget Analyst for College of Charleston where she worked under the direction of the Vice President of Financial Services.  Constance is known as a respected business leader in the areas of financial growth and business development.  While most of her professional work has been in the private sector, Constance has always had a passion for the growth and development of individuals and communities.  In 2023 Constance became a Co Starter Facilitator and has worked with the non-profit organization Village Launch to develop entrepreneurs and small businesses in the Greenville area.

Constance studied Corporate Communications at College of Charleston.

Constance enjoys working out, hiking, traveling and never misses an opportunity to take a good road trip.  She enjoys volunteering in her local parish, dining out, and entertaining family and friends.
