A new affordable senior property is currently under construction very close to Woodruff Road. Southpointe Senior Residences will feature 90 units of 1BR and 2BR apartments. Construction on this LIHTC property is expected to be complete by Spring 2026, and we are very proud to bring additional inventory of affordable housing stock to Greenville.
