We are very excited for our latest LIHTC property under development near the heart of downtown. Located in the Southernside Neighborhood and located conveniently close to Unity Park, this property will provide affordable housing for seniors. Working with our partners at Harmony Housing and financing from Huntington Bank, we are rising to meet the needs of the community and bring more affordable units to the area around Unity Park.
The property will serve tenants with an income at or below 60% area mean income and as low as 30% with project-based vouchers provided by TGHA.
