GHF and The Gateway Companies partnered for this new housing opportunity in the Haywood area, which is proximate to unparalleled shopping, downtown Greenville, and restaurants.

The homes at Gateway at the Green will be priced for individuals and families making 20%-60% of the area median income (equivalent to <$31,200-$53,160 for a family of four).
