The Greenville Affordable Housing Coalition spent the spring and early summer assessing where the coalition stands in terms of production and preservation. These assessments showed that while the coalition is meeting preservation and production targets, it is struggling to serve those in the lowest income ranges. Going forward, the coalition will seek to develop strategies that will better allow it to help households below 60% AMI. Read more in the Greenville News.
