In early October, GHF, along with partnering developer Greystone Affordable Development presented a plan for 147 new affordable apartments near Unity Park. The 1- and 2-bedroom units will be split between two sites along West Washington Street and will serve Greenville’s growing senior population. Over the coming months, GHF, Greystone, and other partners will seek further community engagement as the development is finalized and brought to the City Planning Commission.
