Greenville Housing Fund shared updates this week on our two new developments still in construction, Southernside East and West, with Callie Finch, Outreach Director, from the Office of Congressman William Timmons. We appreciate the opportunity to share our vision for affordable housing in Greenville with Congressman Timmons’ office.
The Southernside East apartments are expected to open by the end of 2026, while Southernside West is in the beginning phases of construction. Located in the Southernside Neighborhood and located conveniently close to Unity Park, these properties will provide affordable housing for seniors. Working with our partners at Harmony Housing and financing from Huntington Bank, we are rising to meet the needs of the community and bring more affordable units to the area around Unity Park.
