W. Aaron Conley is a real estate professional who brings to Greenville Housing Fund significant experience across all facets of the project development and finance continuum, including design and construction management expertise. His career focus has been in creating purpose-built, operationally-sensitive spaces for clients and employers, including those in senior housing, student housing, retail, single and multi-family residential, and office sectors.
Aaron has significant specialized senior housing and healthcare development experience. He has been responsible for the planning and/or financing of over $500 million of real estate investment within these sectors, including more than 600 senior-living units. Additionally, Aaron has worked with multiple hospital systems and medical practices in the creation of their clinical and office space.
Aaron’s past and current clients include Welltower, Bell Senior Living and the Steven D. Bell Company, Clinton Memorial Hospital, Retirement Living Associates, The United Methodist Manor of the Pee Dee, Kane Realty Group, Drucker and Falk, British Petroleum, Bloomingdales and Macy’s, Brambles Limited, US Department of Navy and NAVFAC, and the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, as well as other industry leaders.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cincinnati. He is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he is a past Chair of the National Senior Housing Product Council and has held several other national and regional leadership positions within ULI. He has been a featured speaker at ULI and National Active Retirement Association events, and appeared as a Senior Housing Industry expert in Urban Land Magazine and the Senior Housing News.
